Confirm Your Badge Details
As part of the onsite check-in process, each attendee will be provided with a pre-printed name badge displaying their full name and company name, based on their registration details.
These badges are designed to support seamless networking and help you easily identify peers throughout the event. If either piece of information requires adjustment, please contact me no later than Monday, July 21.
Pre-Conference Workshop Day
We encourage you to join us for a series of focused workshops taking place on Monday, 28 July. These sessions provide an excellent opportunity to access additional content ahead of the main programme and begin forming connections with fellow attendees in a more intimate setting.
Featuring expert insights from speakers representing Verizon, CyrusOne, and Stack Infrastructure Inc, each workshop will be followed by an open audience discussion - session details can be found here.

Speed Networking
Designed to help you maximise your time on site, our Speed Networking session offers the chance to engage with a wide range of fellow attendees through a series of rapid-fire introductions facilitated by the event team.
Each interaction provides just a few minutes with a small group of delegates to share your professional focus, exchange business cards, and identify contacts you may wish to reconnect with later in the programme for deeper discussion.
This energising format is ideal for jumpstarting new connections and expanding your professional network from the outset.
LinkedIn Connections
As we will not be using a dedicated event app for this meeting, we encourage attendees to bring physical business cards. Alternatively, we recommend making use of paperless networking via LinkedIn’s digital contact-sharing tools.
ENRGISTX Lunch & Learn
We are pleased to share that ENRGISTX will host a private lunch session on Tuesday, 29 July, featuring an interactive presentation by Paul Hewitt, President and Co-Founder. The session, titled “Absorption Chillers, “the only logical choice” for cooling Datacenters with onsite power”, will offer attendees an opportunity to engage directly with industry leaders and peers in a focused networking setting.
